I am a registered architect with the states of South Carolina and Michigan. I have worked on many historic homes within the City of Charleston and look to continue that tradition with Clark-Glidewell/Architect. My office is fully computerized and I work with the AutoCad program. I am a member of the Preservation Society of Charleston and the National Trust. I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees. I concentrated in historic preservation during my Masters program. As a firm, Clark-Glidewell/Architect concentrates on residential design. I have also completed many historic storefront restorations and a few commercial projects in the Charleston area. I enjoy all aspects of historic projects. I have been in business since April 1998. I have been employed with firms that specialize in historic preservation. I worked at Quinn/Evans Architects in Ann Arbor, Michigan for three years, concentrating in residential and theater design. I worked for Evans & Schmidt Architects in Charleston, South Carolina for six years, concentrating on residential and storefront design.
